- DE13 0BBWorking Hours: Working Monday to Friday 8am-4pmKey RequirementsExperience in inventory, replenishment, purchasing, or supply chain planning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and manage KPIs.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.Proficiency in ERP/replenishment systems and Microsoft Excel.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintainingResponsibilities:Inventory & Stock ManagementMaintain optimal stock levels by accurately replenishing inventory, managing stock turns, preventing stock shortages and excess stock, and reducing waste through effective inventory control.Supplier & Purchase Order ManagementPlace and manage purchase orders, monitor supplier delivery performance, ensure adherence to inbound standards, and proactively resolve supplier-related issues to improve service levels.Service Level & Customer AvailabilityEnsure high product availability by maintaining target stock cover, achieving First Time Order Fill (OTIF) targets, managing supply fluctuations, and delivering excellent customer service.Issue Resolution & Continuous ImprovementIdentify stock risks, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, communicate issues through to resolution, and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.Forecasting, Reporting & Performance MonitoringMonitor demand versus forecast, recommend forecast adjustments, track key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain accurate reporting, and support operational activities such as reverse logistics when required.Benefits of working with us as a Supply Planner:28 Holidays per yearWeekly PayPension SchemeMortgage referencesMy Extra Rewards- An online portal offering vouchers and discountsHow to Apply:Click 'Apply Now,' and our team will contact you shortly.An excellent opportunity for Supply Planner roles in Burton.Join Job&Talent for a journey of growth and success!If you are looking to contact our onsite team, please visit the site locator on our website.Job&Talent do NOT charge any fees for our services. xwwtmva Job&Talent acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
