Job description

Whether you are at the start of your career or have years of experience as a Registered Nurse, working within a BCG care home can be incredibly fulfilling. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you’ll provide exceptional care to our residents, attending to their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. We’ll rely on you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental health needs, while also using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Your responsibilities will range from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and ensuring excellence in all you do. You’ll have the autonomy to do things the right way and be valued and respected for your contributions. About You: You should be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment would be useful but is not essential. What’s just as important is that you’re organised, have great communication skills, and are flexible enough to work shifts. Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK.
