The Role
The Field Care Supervisor ensures high-quality person-centred care by supporting clients and supervising Care Professionals carrying out reviews maintaining care plans and ensuring compliance with care standards. The role also includes managing the weekend on-call service and providing guidance to the care team as required. This is a Friday - Monday role.
