This is much more than a traditional administration role. Youll become part of our Business Support team working across business operations marketing technology and recruitment while completing the AI Activator Level 3 Programme.

From day one youll be supported rather than thrown in at the deep end. Through your apprenticeship alongside mentoring from experienced colleagues youll learn everything from business administration and marketing processes to CRM systems reporting business technology and how we use AI to work smarter and continually improve the way we work.

As your skills develop so will your responsibilities. Youll gradually take ownership of more projects contribute ideas to improve how we work and build a career thats shaped around your strengths and interests.

What youll be doing

Business Support

• Producing and formatting professional candidate CVs
• Running business and recruitment reports
• Collating business performance data
• Completing mapping exercises and maintaining business records
• Cleansing CRM data and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Updating LinkedIn activity within our performance tracking system
• Supporting basic IT audits and helping colleagues with day-to-day technology queries
• Providing administrative support across the business
• Reviewing AI-supported call handling and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes

Marketing & Business Improvement

• Using AI and digital tools to help create LinkedIn posts and marketing content
• Running task and marketing reports
• Assisting with brochures client-facing documents and promotional materials
• Supporting marketing KPI reporting and lead generation
• Helping produce job adverts
• Looking for smarter more efficient ways of working by embracing new technology and suggesting improvements

Culture & CSR
