Job description
Location: Near Royston, Hertfordshire Working Environment: Workshop-based Must have own transport / be able to drive due to location Job Description We are looking for a skilled or semi-skilled Trailer Builder to join our client’s workshop team based near Royston, Hertfordshire. This is a hands-on role building bespoke catering trailers and specialist conversions. This is not an entry-level position. The successful candidate must have previous workshop, trade, fabrication, carpentry, fitting, or construction experience and be confident using hand and power tools. You will be working as part of a small team, carrying out high-quality builds from start to finish, with the opportunity to develop further skills within a specialist industry. Key Responsibilities Building and fitting bespoke trailer interiors and structures Installing walls, floors, counters, cladding, and internal fittings Carrying out fabrication, preparation, and assembly work Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately Working from drawings, plans, and measurements Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality standard Working independently while supporting the wider workshop team Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a hands-on trade or workshop environment Experience in areas such as fabrication, carpentry, joinery, fitting, conversions, coachbuilding, or similar Co...
