You'll become part of a friendly and professional aftersales team consisting of three Service Advisors and two Apprentices, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class dealership experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to further their career within a premium automotive environment. The Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service journey. Your responsibilities will include: * Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle service and repair requirements. * Booking vehicles into the workshop efficiently. * Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. * Preparing estimates and explaining completed work. * Upselling additional products and services where appropriate. * Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team to ensure excellent service delivery. * Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
