Care Coordinator
Location: Glasgow (Office-based, must live within 1 hour)
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 (DOE) + £100/wk on-call allowance
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm) + on-call rota

The RoleThis is a pivotal, hands-on role supporting the Registered Manager. Moving beyond basic scheduling, you will manage real-time decision-making, ensure efficient rota planning, and maintain exceptional standards of care delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and manage weekly rotas, ensuring all care calls are fully covered.
Match Care Workers to Service Users based on needs and compatibility.
Respond swiftly to last-minute changes, staff absences, and emergencies.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Care Workers.
Participate in the on-call rota and deputise for the Registered Manager when required.
