Product Manager (Arcade) - Game Studio

We're on the hunt for a strategic and visionary Product Manager with a specialism in Arcade and Slots to join our Game Studio team in Sunderland. This isn't just about managing a backlog; it's a chance to hold then pen on the future of our roadmap, defining the vision that keeping our portfolio ahead of the curve.
What You'll Be Getting Up To
Your role is to ensure we are building the right games at the right time. You'll be the bridge between high-level strategy and studio execution. A typical day might look like this:
- Roadmap Ownership: Developing and evolving the arcade roadmap, balancing immediate releases with long-term plans for new arcade mechanics and instant-win genres.
- Defining the "Hook": Partnering with Design and Engine (maths) teams to ensure our games have the right volatility, RTP levels, and player "feel" to stand out in a competitive market.
