We are expanding our contract team and we are looking for a Contracts Officer based in our Nottingham office to be involved with the Procurement and Purchase department of GMV. The successful candidate will support the selection and negotiation of contracts and agreements with GMV partners for different business opportunities. WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON Preparation review and negotiation of terms and conditions of business agreements with customers and partners (Contracts NDA MOU etc.). Support the projects and proposal managers to resolve contractual issues during project execution and proposal preparation. |
