Design Manager Temporary Contract (36 Months)
£350£400 per day

A respected regional main contractor with a turnover of approximately £100m is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join the business on a temporary basis for an initial 36 month contract.
The company delivers a strong pipeline of care home, residential and multi-room construction projects across the Midlands and wider UK. With a secure forward workload, established processes and a collaborative culture, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded contractor and make an immediate impact.
The RoleWorking within an established design team comprising three Design Managers and a Document Controller, you will report directly to the Head of Design and take responsibility for managing design information across multiple live projects.
The position offers hybrid working from day one, combining office, site and home-based working.
