Purpose of the Role

Were looking for an ambitious commercially minded Reward Manager to join our UK&I Reward team and play a pivotal role in shaping our reward agenda across Northern Europe.

In this role youll partner with senior business leaders and HR colleagues to provide expert reward advice influence strategic decision-making and ensure our reward programmes are competitive equitable and aligned to business goals. As a trusted advisor youll bring deep reward expertise helping to drive best practice across compensation benefits policies and governance while supporting a high-performing and inclusive workplace.

Skills & Experience

  • Translate global and regional reward strategies into locally relevant programmes across UK&I.

  • Review compensation recommendations and provide commercially balanced data-led advice.

  • Lead participation in compensation surveys and market benchmarking using insights to inform salary structures reward frameworks and pay decisions.

  • Own the UK&I Gender Pay Gap reporting programme and support broader pay equity and emerging pay transparency initiatives.

  • Lead strategic benefits projects partner with vendors and resolve complex benefits matters to enhance the employee experience.

  • Own and oversee the annual salary and bonus review cycles for the UK&I market.

  • Act as the reward subject matter expert for executive incentive programmes salary structures job architecture acquisitions integrations and organisational transformation.

  • Manage complex reward projects from planning through to successful delivery ensuring robust governance and compliance.

  • Engage proactively with HR teams business leaders and senior executives to strengthen understanding and adoption of reward programmes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong reward and/or benefits experience gained within a medium-to-large organisation including managing complex projects and working with senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of compensation frameworks salary surveys market data job evaluation methodologies and reward governance.

  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the credibility to influence at all levels and create executive-level presentations.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with HR systems such as Workday and benefits platforms such as Darwin is advantageous.

  • Highly organised detail-oriented and delivery focused with the integrity judgement and adaptability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.

  • You will bring a genuine interest in reward trends market practices and emerging legislation alongside a commitment to creating fair inclusive and impactful reward solutions.
