The role involves leading communications engagement and change activities for Deloittes real estate programmes. Working with stakeholders across the business the focus is on helping people understand adopt and get the most value from changes to their workplace through clear communications strong engagement and effective change management.
The role works closely with business leaders senior partners real estate project teams the internal comms team and workplace services to ensure colleagues feel informed supported and prepared throughout a project.
Key responsibilities include: Creating communication plans and materials such as emails FAQs intranet articles presentations and Viva Engage posts.
Engaging with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and keep them updated on project progress
Supporting office moves and workplace changes by helping people understand and adopt new spaces technology and ways of working.
Gathering feedback from colleagues and using insights to improve the employee experience.
Organising engagement activities such as town halls office tours launch events and change champion networks to build awareness and excitement around workplace changes.
Working with project teams to identify potential challenges and put plans in place to help people transition smoothly through change.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have:
Experience developing and delivering change and communications plans within a corporate professional services or workplace transformation environment.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear engaging and audience-appropriate materials such as emails FAQs intranet updates presentations and briefing packs.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to work with senior leaders partners project teams and wider business groups.
Experience supporting people through office moves workplace changes technology adoption or broader organisational change programmes.
A strong understanding of change management principles including how to build awareness manage resistance encourage adoption and gather feedback.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple communications activities deadlines and stakeholder groups at the same time.
A proactive collaborative and people-focused approach with the ability to translate project information into practical messages that help colleagues understand what is changing and what it means for them.
Experience within real estate workplace services internal communications or change management environments is advantageous.
