Our client based in Maidenhead walking distance from super transport links are looking for an experienced and passionate practitioner who has experience of leading and supporting a nursery ideally you are a deputy manager Third in Chargeor an experienced room leader looking for a new challenge they are seeking a room based deputy manager who for around 12 weeks of the year will step up and manage the setting. Based on a 40 hr working week Monday to Friday with a 5.45pm finish our clients are offering a salary up to 38k depending on experience and qualifications. Ideally looking for a late August / early September start.

Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role
A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
A minimum 3 years experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
Has experience of being in a management role supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
Strong knowledge of EYFS Ofsted requirements and safeguarding practices
Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
Build positive relationships with children families and staff in the nursery setting
Ideal Nursery Deputy Manager Candidate
Passionate about early years education and childrens development within a nursery setting
Confident leader able to motivate and support staff and contribute to the management team
Proactive flexible and committed to maintaining high standards across the setting
Promotes best practice ensuring a safe nurturing and stimulating environment in the nursery supporting the team on a daily basis
