Health and Safety Coordinator

Kronospan is looking for a proactive EHS Coordinator to help drive safety, health and environmental excellence across our site. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to make a real, visible difference to workplace culture. Spotting risks before they become incidents and working with people at every level of the business to build safer, more sustainable ways of working.
About the Role
Reporting to the H&S Manager, you'll be the go-to person for health, safety and environmental advice on site. You'll spend the majority of your time out on the floor, inspecting, auditing, coordinating risk assessments, and running inductions. Whilst also helping shape the site's broader H&S strategy and compliance documentation.
