This is a technical role providing ongoing administration support maintenance and development across our identity and collaboration platforms helping to ensure it remains secure resilient and highly available. Working as part of a skilled technical team you will be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving issues implementing service improvements and ensuring our services are optimised for performance security governance and user experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration who enjoys delivering high-quality IT support working collaboratively and developing their technical skills within a supportive team.
We are looking for candidates who have:Experience in deliveringand supporting directory andcollaboration Services.
Experience administering or configuring Microsoft 365 services with a strong understandinggovernance identity security and compliance and experience integrating M365 tools with existing systems and data sources.
Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people in a clearconciseandaccuratemanner changing messages to suit different audiences usingcustomerfocusedskills.
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team and be able to develop professional relationships across teams and services to achieve shared aims.
Ability todemonstrateresilience an example of which could be responding toa difficult situation.
