As part of our Finance team you will play a pivotal role in supporting our No7 Beauty Company and Global Sourcing initiatives ensuring we deliver exceptional value and insights.

What youll be doing
In this dynamic role you will lead a finance team of four providing high-quality finance partnering to the No7BC Supply Director and Global Sourcing Vice President. You will be instrumental in performance reporting decision-making support and driving financial management excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team ensuring continuous delivery of exceptional service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and finance teams.
  • Own the standard cost-setting process ensuring timely implementation underpinned by validated assumptions.
  • Influence business decisions through insightful performance analysis and impactful reporting.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and support the finance transformation agenda.
What youll need to have (our must-haves)
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in developing individuals.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying issues and driving actions to resolution.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities.
It would be great if you also have
  • Experience in finance within a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • A track record of delivering impactful insights to senior management.

GS provide a sourcing service to Walgreens managing the development and import of their ownedbrand assortment from addition to own brand sourcing GS operations include the complex gift assembly program managing contract manufacturing and generating revenue through sourcing for thirdparty clients
