Zachary Daniels is partnering with a well-established global brand in the sports and performance sector to recruit an ambitious E-commerce Trading Manager.
With a newly appointed E-commerce Director, a fresh strategy and exciting growth plans, this is a brilliant time to join. You'll help shape how customers across the UK, US, Germany and other international markets discover, choose and buy market-leading products online.
The Role:
You'll own the day-to-day trading and performance of the website, turning customer insight and commercial data into actions that increase revenue, conversion and average order value.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning daily website trading and performance
Leading merchandising across the homepage, category and product pages
Delivering product launches, campaigns and promotions
Identifying customer journey and conversion-rate optimisation opportunities
Supporting email, SMS, segmentation and retention activity
Managing paid search and affiliate performance
Monitoring results and producing clear commercial recommendations
