The role We’re a lean, purpose-driven medical device startup commercialising Callavid®, a platform drug delivery technology with the potential to reshape how multiple women’s health conditions are treated. We’re looking for an MBA intern to work alongside our CEO, CFO and CPO on the commercial questions that will define our next chapter: which medical indications to pursue, how to deliver products for patients in each priority market, and how we fund the journey there. You’ll own live workstreams, and what you produce will be used throughout the business. What you’ll do You’ll work across three areas: (1) Market research & indication prioritisation * Build the evidence base on disease landscape, unmet need, standard of care and competitive dynamics for indications our platform could address beyond our lead programme * Translate clinical and epidemiological data into addressable market sizing- and then into a defensible view on where Callavid® can win * Pressure-test our hypotheses on pricing, reimbursement and payer behaviour across the US, EU, Middle East and Asia (2) Route to market strategy * Shape go-to-market plans across priority geographies: direct vs. partnered, specialist vs. broader channels, and sequencing * Profile potential strategic partners (pharma, medtech, distribution) and contribute to early partnering conversations * Map reimbursement pathways and what they imply for launch sequencing * Refine our fundraising narrative and pitch materials for our next round * Build out a pipeline of women’s health, impact and healthcare investors across Europe, US, Middle East and Asia * Support diligence preparation: turning the technical, regulatory and commercial story into material that an investor can absorb quickly Who you are * Enrolled in a top MBA programme, or in a pre‑ or post‑MBA window, with genuine conviction about women’s health * Background in pharma, medtech, biotech, healthcare consulting or healthcare investing is a strong plus– but not essential if you can demonstrate that you’ll get up the curve quickly * Comfortable owning a market research project end‑to‑end: scoping the question, finding the data (primary and secondary), and landing a clear recommendation * Numerate: you can size a market, model a scenario, and identify when a number needs be defensible vs. mrely directional * Presentation astute: able to distil complex thinking into clear, well‑argued outputs as we would rather have one excellent page than a dozen average slides * Self‑directing: we’ll give you the context and the ambition and clear objective, rather than a fully‑mapped task list Practical Bits * 2.5 days per week minimum, with a preference for at least 1 day in person at our labs and offices in London NW3 * Flexible duration, ideally 3 months+ J-18808-Ljbffr
