Marketing Assistant Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire Salary:£28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-Time Are you a creative, organised and enthusiastic marketing professional looking for your next opportunity? Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in St Albans who are looking to add a Marketing Assistant to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive business where youll play a key role in delivering marketing campaigns, creating engaging content and supporting the wider business with a variety of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. * Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms. * Assist with website updates and ensure content remains accurate and relevant. * Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, presentations, email campaigns and promotional literature. * Coordinate marketing projects and liaise with external suppliers where required. * Support the planning and organisation of exhibitions, events and promotional activities. * Monitor campaign performance and produce reports to measure success. * Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications. * Provide general marketing and administrative support to the wider team. Skills & Experience * Previous experience within a marketing role. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content. * Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software would be advantageous. * Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) is desirable. * Creative, proactive and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop.
