Position Overview
As a Duty Manager at Mega City, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operation of the centre. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing safety and compliance standards, and responding to operational needs in real-time. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
