As a Guest Services Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, supporting the Front Office team to create warm, confident welcomes, smooth departures and thoughtful touches that make every stay feel considered and memorable. This brand-new *401 key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of the *Etihad Campus* will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring *state-of-the-art* training facilities, a world class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena.

It will become a world-class hub for *elite sport, music, and entertainment*, attracting visitors from around the world. The new hotel will sit at the heart of a vibrant and evolving Etihad Campus - an exceptional place for guests, teams, partners and fans to rest, reset and immerse themselves in everything the campus has to offer. We're opening our doors soon and we're building a team that's as warm, grounded and full of personality as the city we call home. *What you'll be doing : * Working closely with the Front Office Manager and wider team, you'll support the smooth running of our Reception and Nights operations, helping to create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels recognised, supported and genuinely cared for.

You'll uphold Medlock's brand standards, contribute to a confident service led culture, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, authentic moments at every touchpoint - day and night. As a Guest Services Assistant, you'll play an important role in shaping our arrival and departure experience, ensuring service remains consistently polished while bringing the character, warmth and unmistakable spirit of Manchester to every interaction. You'll be a key ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through the care you show, the details you deliver and the standards you uphold. Our hotel never stops, and neither does the care behind it.

We operate 365 days a year, with shift patterns designed to reflect the rhythm of the business-offering flexibility where possible.
