We're looking for a
Customer Engagement Manager
to champion the customer journey across a prestigious luxury department store hospitality operation. You'll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience, driving customer satisfaction and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of both Eurest and our client.

What You'll Do Lead the customer experience strategy across all food and hospitality outlets. Build strong relationships with customers, clients and internal teams. Gather customer feedback and turn insights into improvements. Drive engagement initiatives, events and promotional activity. Support operational teams to deliver exceptional service every day. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience. Champion a culture of hospitality, service and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For Experience in customer engagement, hospitality, retail or guest experience management. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, positive and customer-focused approach. Experience using customer insights to improve service delivery.
