Location: Kidderminster | Trainee Trainer £24,479 will increase once completed training |
\n £25,276 Trainer
\n Monday to Friday 08.30 - 16.30 | Occasional evening or weekend sessions may be required to meet customer needs.

About the Role
\n
As a First Aid Trainer, you'll play a vital role in equipping individuals and organisations with potentially life-saving skills. You'll deliver engaging and interactive training courses across your local area, helping learners build confidence and knowledge in areas such as:
\n
\n - First Aid at Work
\n - Fire Marshal Training
\n - Mental Health Awareness
\n - Health & Safety Training
\n - Other workplace compliance courses
\n
\n
No previous training experience? No problem. If you're confident, enjoy working with people and are keen to develop a new skillset, our client will provide all the training and support you need to become a qualified trainer.
\n
What You'll Be Doing
\n
\n - Delivering and assessing training courses to a professional and engaging standard
\n - Creating a positive learning environment that encourages participation
\n - Maintaining and developing your own subject knowledge and training skills
\n - Preparing training venues and equipment ahead of sessions
\n - Conducting dynamic risk assessments when required
\n - Building strong relationships with learners and venue contacts
\n - Ensuring training equipment is maintained, clean and fit for purpose
\n
\n
\n
What We're Looking For
\n
\n - 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including English and Maths (or equivalent)
\n - Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
\n - Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
\n - Self-motivated and able to work independently
\n - Passion for helping and educating others
\n - Ability to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
\n
