Job description
Senior Flood Risk Consultant Location: Bristol Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

Are you an experienced Senior Flood Risk Consultant ready to advance your career in Bristol? Join a leading consultancy and work on diverse projects across the UK, focusing on hydraulic modelling and flood risk management.

The Opportunity Join a thriving team of experts in flood risk management, where you'll lead projects using InfoWorks ICM, TUFLOW, and other advanced software. Collaborate with clients and international teams to deliver high-quality flood risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and deliver flood risk projects with a focus on integrated catchment modelling using InfoWorks ICM. - Mentor junior team members and develop their skills. - Build strong client relationships and ensure collaborative working. - Conduct 1D-2D modelling and GIS analysis using ArcGIS, MapInfo, or QGIS. - Support project managers with financial and change control procedures. - Contribute to business development and tendering activities.

Candidate Requirements - Proven experience as a Senior Flood Risk Consultant with expertise in hydraulic modelling. - Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM, TUFLOW, and GIS software. - Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring teams. - Chartered status or willingness to achieve it. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
