Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of three sites across Dorset. Working closely with senior management, you'll ensure buildings, equipment and facilities are safe, compliant and operating efficiently, while driving improvements and supporting sustainability initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Managing facilities across three sites. Coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules. Organising repairs, maintenance and contractor management. Overseeing building projects, refurbishments and improvements. Managing facilities budgets, purchase orders and supplier invoices. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and environmental regulations. Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Supporting sustainability and environmental initiatives.
