\nDo you want structured training, support from experienced engineers and exposure to electrical design, installation, testing and commissioning from the beginning of your career?
\nOn offer is the opportunity to join a growing engineering consultancy delivering multiple projects across the Thames Water framework. The company will provide full training, hands-on support and relevant industry qualifications, including site and safety courses such as SMSTS where required.
\nIn this role, you will support experienced engineers with the delivery of electrical projects across multiple sites. You will assist with design work, equipment inspections, installation, testing and commissioning while helping to produce technical reports and project documentation.
\nYou will attend sites approximately two to three days per week, gaining practical experience across live schemes while learning the technical standards, safety procedures and project-delivery processes used throughout the water industry.
\nThis role would suit a graduate with a degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation or a related subject who wants to build a long-term career in water and infrastructure engineering.
\nThe Role:
\nSupport the delivery of electrical engineering projects across the Thames Water framework
Assist with electrical design, installation, equipment testing and commissioning activities
Attend project sites two to three days per week alongside experienced engineers
Produce technical reports and project documentation while completing relevant industry training
The Person:
\nGraduate Electrical Engineer, Trainee Electrical Engineer or similar
Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation or a related subject
Interested in practical, site-based water or infrastructure projects
