Judicial Liaison Assistant - Role Overview
\n
Our Client is hiring for a reputed client a temporary Judicial Liaison Assistant role within the Judicial Secretariat. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, customer-focused administrator to help ensure judicial resources are deployed smoothly across regions-making a real difference to day-to-day operations.
\n
What you'll be doing:
\n * Acting as the first point of contact for booking fee-paid judiciary
\n * Managing judicial bookings, sitting plans, and resource schedules
\n * Keeping accurate records across databases and planning systems
\n * Supporting reporting and data analysis, plus financial processing such as expenses/fees
\n * Providing admin support for meetings, training, and judicial activities
\n * Drafting routine correspondence, reports and documentation
\n * Communicating clearly with judiciary, internal colleagues, and wider stakeholders
\n * Helping resolve operational issues and supporting process improvements
\n
What you'll bring:
\n * Strong administrative experience in a customer-focused environment
\n * Confident communication and excellent organisation
\n * Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office
\n * A careful, accurate approach-able to manage workloads and meet deadlines
\n * A professional, calm style when juggling competing priorities
\n
Additional information:
\n * Initial assignment of up to 3 months
\n * Work closely with Judicial Liaison Managers and Officers within a small team
\n
