Salary: plus excellent benefits

Schedule: Permanent part-time 31 hours per week shift patterns to support service delivery including evenings and weekends

As a Health and Fitness Coach youll support people of all ages and abilities to achieve their health and wellbeing goals through expert coaching personalised support and engaging fitness programmes. Your work has purpose helping individuals build confidence improve their wellbeing and create lasting positive change.

Whether youre welcoming someone into a gym for the first time or helping a regular member reach a new milestone youll create an environment where people can grow succeed and feel proud of their progress.

What youll do as a Health and Fitness Coach

• Deliver engaging fitness programmes including group training and small group sessions
• Coach members on personalised fitness plans aligned to their goals
• Track member progress providing motivation and adapting programmes to support continued growth
• Carry out health and fitness assessments including body composition and cardiovascular testing
• Support the onboarding of new members helping them begin their fitness journey with confidence
• Maintain a safe clean and welcoming gym environment while supporting members on the gym floor

Does this sound like you

• Hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
• Hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or be willing to work towards it within 12 months
• Have a strong understanding of health and fitness principles and programme delivery
• Be confident building positive relationships with a diverse range of members
• Have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals
