As we deliver our ambitious2030 Growth Strategy were looking for a Business Finance role will support the Commercial Business Finance team in delivering high-quality financial insight reporting and analysis to enable informed business decision-making. You will play a key role in helping the business understand performance drivers through the delivery of robust reporting and analysis supporting financial planning performance reviews and commercial decision-making.

This role is suited to a part-qualified or newly qualified finance professional looking to develop within a commercially focused finance environment and build a career in business partnering.

Who Were Looking For:

You will bring:

• Part-qualified or newly qualified finance professional (e.g. CIMA ACCA ACA or equivalent).
• A commercially minded approach with curiosity and a desire to understand business performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into clear business insight.
• Experience of financial reporting KPI analysis budgeting forecasting or variance analysis.
• Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills with confidence working with large datasets (experience or interest in GenAI would be beneficial).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Support the preparation and delivery of month-end reporting and financial performance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes through analysis reporting and financial insight.
• Carry out variance analysis identifying trends risks and opportunities against budgets forecasts and prior performance.
• Translate financial analysis into meaningful insights to support business and operational leaders
• Support continuous improvement in financial reporting analysis and business processes
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Respond to internal data and reporting requests across the business.
