Were recruiting for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our team in Solihull supporting customers with workplace pension queries. This role offers a salary of 24720 per annum and youll work shifts between 8:30am and 7:00pm Monday to Friday.
This is a fast-paced role where youll be speaking with customers understanding what they need and helping them get clear accurate support. The role focuses heavily on inbound customer contact within a high-volume environment.
Youll be part of a customer experience team that cares about doing the right thing treating customers fairly and delivering positive outcomes.
