Head of Business Development and Commercial Growth
£60,000 - £68,000 + bonus (up to 15%) | Godalming, Surrey | Full Time, Permanent
Are you a commercially driven leader who has genuinely taken a business, or a business unit, from underperforming to properly profitable Our client is looking for someone to build and lead their commercial growth from the ground up.
They provide therapeutic education, animal-assisted interventions, and a growing range of training, events and community activity across Surrey and Hampshire. They have a strong reputation, established sites and a loyal audience, what they haven't yet had is dedicated commercial leadership to match.
That's where you come in.
This is a senior, genuinely accountable role. You'll take ownership of their existing commercial projects, training, events, their Awards programme and community membership, while identifying and launching entirely new revenue streams. Two roles report to you directly, and you'll report straight to the CEO.
