Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
\n
Weekly Hours: 40 hours (Shift pattern includes weekends and public holidays)
\n
Salary: £31k - £35k with up to a 7.5% bonus and vehicle including personal use
\n
Role Type: Full-Time Permanent
\n
Location: Glasgow - Field based
\n
Key Responsibilities of an Arcade Engineer:
\n
\n - Install, maintain, and service arcade equipment at multiple locations.
\n - Conduct network diagnostics and ensure machines are running smoothly for maximum revenue generation.
\n - Perform regular preventative maintenance and PAT testing to ensure machines meet safety standards.
\n - Manage and restock merchandise for select machines.
\n - Follow all Health & Safety regulations to ensure safe working conditions.
\n - Work closely with internal teams to manage parts, stock, and redemption tickets efficiently.
\n - Respond to reactive maintenance requests and ensure minimal downtime for machines.
\n - Be part of an on-call rota for out-of-hours maintenance when required.
\n - Able to handle heavy lifting and work in confined spaces.

Desirable Experience:
\n
\n - Previous experience in a Field Service Engineering or Technician role, preferably within the arcade/gaming/leisure or amusement machine industry.
\n - Hands-on experience with arcade equipment installation, servicing, and repair.
\n - Strong customer service skills and the ability to build good relationships with clients.
\n - A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
\n - Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
\n - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
\n
