Are you a QS graduate looking for an opportunity to join an established, family feel business that can offer you specific training and support to develop you into a specialist quantity surveyor?
\nThe company are a multi-disciplinary construction and civil engineering outfit who have grown to work in several sectors and have established long term customers. Due to growth and demand they are seeking a junior or graduate QS to join the team.
\nYou'll receive ongoing training, mentorship and support towards your professional development while gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of quantity surveying.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a recent Quantity Surveying graduate, or Junior QS to kick-start their career, working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of exciting construction projects.

\nThe Role:
\n *Assist with preparing cost estimates and project budgets.
\n *Support the preparation of tenders and contract documentation.
\n *Help monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
\n *Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
\n *Attend site visits and project meetings.
\n *Ensure projects remain commercially compliant and profitable.
\n *Produce reports and maintain accurate project records.
\n *Northeast based with some flexibility to travel
\n *Full training provided
Candidate Requirements:
\n *Graduate or Junior Quantity Surveyor
\n *Commutable to Stanley
\n *Full Driving License
