Quality Systems Lead

What you'll be doing:
* Drive and maintain quality systems to support engineering operations
* Ensure quality processes are followed and continuously improved
* Support audits and help prepare the business for quality reviews
* Analyse quality-related issues and work with relevant teams to agree practical corrective actions
* Promote a quality-first culture across day-to-day working
* Help translate quality requirements into clear, usable ways of working for stakeholders
What you'll bring:
* Strong experience working with quality systems in a manufacturing setting
* A methodical approach with the ability to investigate, identify root causes, and support effective follow-up
* Confidence communicating quality expectations clearly to different audiences
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset-keen to improve processes, not just report on them
