Assistant Manager - Food-Led Country Pubs | £32,000- £35,000 + Tips | Lyndhurst
\n\nWe're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our growing collection of food-led country pubs, each located within 15 minutes of each other in the beautiful Hampshire countryside.
\n\nThis is a live-out role, so own transport is essential.
\n\nThe Role
\nInitial training will take place at our flagship site in Lyndhurst, where you'll immerse yourself in our culture, standards, and food-first ethos.
\nFollowing training, you'll support the General Manager in running your designated site as part of our exciting company expansion.
\n\nWhat We're Looking For
\n\nA hands-on team player with a love for great food, warm hospitality, and supporting strong teams
\nExperience in supervisory or assistant management roles within high-quality, food-led pubs or restaurants
\nSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
\nA natural host who understands the importance of consistency and community
\n️ Key Responsibilities
\n\nSupport the General Manager in daily operations and team leadership
\nHelp maintain high standards of food, drink, and service
\nAssist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
\nEnsure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
\nContribute to stock control, ordering, and cost management
\nLead shifts and act as the point of contact in the GM's absence
