Freelance Facade Manager
Location: Liverpool
Rate: £300 - £320 per day
Duration: 12 months
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and driven Freelance Facade Manager to oversee the external envelope package on a major new build hotel project in the heart of Liverpool.
If you have a strong track record of delivering high-quality facade and cladding systems on large-scale commercial or hospitality projects, we want to hear from you.
The RoleAs the Facade Manager, you will be the driving force behind the external envelope phase of this prestigious hotel development. Working closely with the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Subcontractor Management: Driving the performance of specialist facade, glazing, and cladding subcontractors to ensure they meet program targets.
Quality Control (QA/QC): Ensuring all external works are installed to the highest standard, strict specifications, and current fire safety regulations.
Health & Safety: Promoting a safe working environment, conducting site inductions, and ensuring strict adherence to RAMS and site safety protocols.
