Job description
Staffline are currently recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to join our client based out Redhouse, Doncaster. Pay rates are as follows: - £14.93 per hour from 6pm onwards (12.98 per hour between the hours of 06:00 - 18:00) - Bank Holiday - £25.96 per hour on days and £29.86 on nights The working hours for this role are Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:00 but an element of flexibility may be required for holiday cover and overtime. Manage all aspects of transport clerical duties for the site, be part of a team that is responsible for vehicle administration. Manage customer service both internally and externally. To support the transport operation in strict adherence to company process (Operations Manual) and current legislation in relation to Operator Licensing and Health & Safety requirements. Your Time at Work Some of the duties will include: - Assist in the completion of weekly transport data - Manage the recording of Drivers weekly working hours - Ensure that all drivers are pre-briefed and debriefed in conjunction with the debrief system and that all paperwork is accurately completed and signed - Allocation and debrief on Microlise and MS Access - Ensure all tachographs are downloaded in full at the beginning and end of each driver's shift in accordance with legal compliance - Handle day to day queries from drivers, customers and other internal departments - Liaise with warehouse opera...
