Why Join Us?
We believe that the greatest strength of our practice is our people.
We've built a collaborative and supportive culture where partners work together, share decision-making and genuinely value one another's contributions. There is a strong sense of teamwork throughout the practice, supported by experienced and longstanding staff who take pride in what they do.
We make time for a daily coffee break together, enjoy regular practice social events and believe that investing in our team is an important part of providing excellent patient care.
We're also committed to promoting a healthy and sustainable work-life balance. While general practice is undoubtedly busy, we actively strive to ensure work is completed within the working day wherever possible. Daily protected administration time is built into the schedule, enabling partners to leave on time and enjoy evenings with family and friends rather than routinely taking work home. We also strive to work in line with BMA safe workload guidance.
Whether you're an experienced GP looking for your next partnership or considering partnership for the first time, you'll find supportive colleagues who are committed to helping one another and shaping the future of the practice together.
