As a Resolution Technician you will play a key role in providing technical support for Binding Site products ensuring timely resolution of customer queries through laboratory investigations with opportunity to collaborate across various departments within the company.

To succeed in this position it is important to have a keen attention to detail and strong adherence to documented laboratory procedures. The ability to identify and raise technical issues along with excellent collaboration skills will be important. Effective organization and task prioritisation will be key to growing in this role.
