Level 3 Early Years Practitioner | Primary School | Maldon, Essex

Location: Maldon, Essex Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term Start Date: September 2026 Pay: £92-£120 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who enjoys creating exciting learning experiences for young children? Would you like to join a welcoming primary school where your enthusiasm and dedication can help shape children's first experiences of education?

A friendly primary school in Maldon is looking to recruit a caring and motivated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team from September 2026. This full-time, long-term opportunity will see you supporting children during the most important stage of their development while working alongside experienced teachers and practitioners in a nurturing environment.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

* Deliver engaging play-based activities that promote learning and development. * Support children with their communication, social and emotional growth. * Work alongside the class teacher to provide a stimulating Early Years environment. * Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their ongoing development. * Encourage independence through creative and practical learning experiences. * Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming classroom for every child.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

* Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare. * Has experience supporting children within an Early Years setting. * Understands the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. * Has a warm, patient and encouraging approach. * Works well as part of a collaborative team. * Is passionate about helping children build confidence and develop a love for learning.
