Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established provider of therapeutic residential childcare for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's home in East Sussex.\n
\n
\n This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for children through a therapeutic, child-centred approach. You'll lead and inspire your own team, creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.\n

\n A relocation package of up to £5,000 is available for candidates moving to take up the role.\n

\n The Role\n
    \n
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of a children's residential home.
    • \n
  • Inspire, support and develop a high-performing staff team.
    • \n
  • Ensure children receive outstanding care in a safe, stable and nurturing environment.
    • \n
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and work towards achieving and sustaining Good or Outstanding inspection outcomes.
    • \n
  • Promote a therapeutic approach that supports positive outcomes for children and young people.
    • \n
Salary & Benefits\n

  • Salary of £51,731 - £59,606 per annum.

  • Opportunity to earn up to £18,000 in annual performance-related bonuses, paid quarterly.

About You To be considered, you should have:\n

\n
    \n
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in children's residential care.
    • \n
  • At least 2 years' experience managing and supervising staff.
    • \n
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
    • \n
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
    • \n
  • A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspection outcomes.
    • \n
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
    • \n
Successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.\n
