We are currently recruiting for professional and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our Homes division to be based at one of our sites in Lincolnshire ( Scothern Birchwood or Waddington ). Your primary role will be to guide our customers through the home buying process and ensure they have a seamless and memorable experience.
You will develop and maintain positive relationships with customers understanding their needs and addressing their concerns throughout their home buying journey by providing detailed information regarding our properties and offerings. You will act as their support from initial enquiry through to contract singing ensuring clarity and transparency are given at every step. You will be using an in house CRM system to maintain customer information and track the progress of their home purchase.
First class customer service skills are a given for this role as is after care support once our buyers have moved in to their new home.
As the successful applicant you will have the following:
The roles will be 4 days per week including weekends ( which are worked on a rota ). Additional hours may be available to suit the needs of the business ( holiday cover etc ).
Due to the location of the sites a driving licence and access to a car is required.
