Love helping people learn? Want a job that genuinely makes a difference?
\n We're looking for a friendly, confident and engaging Trainer to join a fantastic organisation that's all about giving people the skills and confidence they need to help others when it matters most.
\n You don't need to be a qualified trainer already. If you're great with people, enjoy presenting, coaching or sharing knowledge, and you're keen to learn, full training will be provided.
\n This is one of those roles where you go home knowing you've done something worthwhile.

\n

About the Company
\n Our client is a well-respected national organisation with a strong community focus and a reputation for changing lives through education and training.
\n They believe great people make great trainers, which is why they invest heavily in development, qualifications and ongoing support. You'll be joining a welcoming team where you'll be encouraged to grow, learn and build a long-term career.

What You'll Be Doing
\n * Delivering engaging, interactive training sessions to a variety of learners
\n * Creating a fun, supportive and inclusive learning environment
\n * Building learners' confidence as well as their skills and knowledge
\n * Adapting your training style to suit different audiences
\n * Ensuring every learner has a positive experience
\n * Managing course paperwork and learner records
\n * Contributing ideas to improve courses and the overall learner journey
\n * Predominantly delivering face-to-face training, with occasional online sessions

What You'll Need To Succeed
\n * A confident and friendly communication style
\n * Comfortable speaking in front of groups
\n * A naturally positive and enthusiastic attitude
\n * Strong organisation and time management skills
\n * Reliability and professionalism
\n * A passion for helping people learn and develop
\n * The ability to think on your feet and adapt when needed
\n * Previous training, teaching, coaching or presenting experience would be great, but it's not essential

What's In It For You?
\n * Competitive salary and pension
\n * 33 days holiday, increasing with service
\n * Cycle to Work Scheme
\n * Electric Vehicle Scheme
\n * Health & Wellbeing Support
\n * Employee Assistance Programme
\n * Discounts on shopping, gyms, restaurants, travel and more
\n * Full training, recognised qualifications and ongoing development
\n * Genuine career progression opportunities

What You Need To Do Now
\n If you're the type of person who enjoys inspiring others, thrives on meeting new people and wants a role with real purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today with your most up-to-date CV and I'll be in touch as soon as possible. ?
