Job description
Machine Operator (4 Nights a Week) Competitive Salary + 4 Night Week + Friday Off + Shift Allowance + Training + Progression Enniskillen Are you looking for a hands-on, manual role in a successful multinational company that offers full training on large-scale machinery, a 4-day working week, and a generous shift allowance? Do you want to join a stable company that will look after you and truly value their staff? This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established manufacturing business. With over a century of industry experience, they supply high-quality products to blue-chip clients across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will operate and support the company's processing plant. Duties include machine setup, basic maintenance (with full training provided), and quality inspection of finished products. You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit team in a fast-paced environment where no two nights are the same. This position would suit a Production Operative or similar, who is happy working night shifts and is looking for a varied role with excellent training, long-term career progression into engineering, and a 4-day working pattern.
