Join a respected residential children's home where you'll help provide a safe, nurturing environment while making a genuine difference in young people's lives. 1Four1 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established residential children's care provider in Horsham. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers with previous experience supporting children or young people who are committed to promoting independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care while helping children develop confidence, life skills and positive relationships. There are also opportunities to significantly increase your earnings through regular sleep-in shifts paid at £83 per night.
