The Role As a Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors dealing with probate, estate administration, wills, and lasting powers of attorney. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department while delivering an exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities Audio and copy typing of correspondence, legal documents, and reports. Preparing probate applications and supporting documentation. Opening and closing client files in line with firm procedures. Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings. Handling telephone enquiries and liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties. Preparing bills and assisting with the administration of client matters.
