About the Role
We are lookingfor an experiencedorganised and proactiveExecutive Assistant toprovide high levelsupport to ourBoard of Directorsand Shareholders.
This is nota traditional one-to-one PersonalAssistant you willact as thecentral point ofcoordination for ourBoard supporting multipledirectors and ensuringthe smooth day-to-dayrunning of executiveadministration board meetingsand governance activitiesacross our groupof businesses.
Youll besomeone who enjoysworking in afast paced environment thrives on organisationand takes pridein ensuringevery detail ismanaged work closelywith senior leaders building trusted relationshipswhile handling confidentialinformation with discretionand confidence.

What Youll BeDoing

As Executive Assistantto the Board youll:
  • Provide proactive executivesupport to theBoard of Directorsand Shareholders helpingmanage priorities andensuring timeis used effectively.
  • Manage multiple complexdiaries coordinating meetings appointments and travelarrangements while respondingto changing priorities.
  • Organise Board andExecutive meetings includingscheduling venues technology catering and allassociated logistics.
  • Prepare professional Boardpacks agendas reports presentations and supportingdocumentation to aconsistentlyhigh standard.
  • Attend Board andExecutive meetings takingaccurate minutes recordingdecisions and maintainingaction logs.
  • Monitoractions arising frommeetings following upwith stakeholders toensure deadlines areachieved.
  • Draft and preparecorrespondence reportsand presentations onbehalf of theBoard.
  • Act as akey point ofcontact between Directors Shareholders senior managersand colleagues acrossthe wider business.
  • Maintain confidential Boardrecords and ensuredocumentation is organised accurate andsecurely managed.
  • Support good corporategovernance by maintainingrecords and assistingwith governance processes.
  • Identify opportunities toimprove administrativeprocesses meeting efficiencyand executive workflows.
  • Provide additional executivesupport across thewider leadership teamas business needsrequire
About You
Were looking forsomeone who isnaturally organised proactiveand confident workingwith senior stakeholders.

Youll have:

Essential
  • Previous experiencein an ExecutiveAssistant Senior PersonalAssistant or BoardSupport role.
  • Experience supporting seniorexecutives Directors orleadershipteams.
  • Excellent organisationaland time managementskills with theability to managemultiple priorities.
  • Experience coordinatingcomplex diaries andexecutive schedules.
  • Strong minute-takingskills with excellentattention to detail.
  • Outstanding written andverbal communicationskills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Officeskills including Outlook Word Excel andPowerPoint.
  • The ability tohandle highly confidentialinformation with professionalismand discretion.
  • A proactive approachwith the confidenceto workindependently and anticipatethe needs ofsenior leaders.
Desirable
  • Experience supporting aBoard of Directors.
  • Knowledge of corporategovernance or Boardadministration.
  • Experience working withina group ofcompanies or amulti-site organisation.
