About the Role: As a People Advisor, you will be an integral member of the People Team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the department. Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing a varied and high volume Employee Relations caseload, primarily including absence management, welfare, performance management, maternity/paternity, disciplinaries and grievances - with the support of the HRBP. * Providing comprehensive support and advice to line managers on a wide range of Employee Relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law, company policies, and best practice. * Championing and maintaining a culture of service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the department’s stakeholders are delivered upon. * Facilitating formal meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and procedural compliance. * Ensuring that all documentation and records that are created and maintained by you are complete, accurate and aligned with any required standards. * Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and awareness of relevant legislation. * Support the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures to enhance service delivery and reduce organisational risk. * Previous HR experience with a solid understanding of Employee Relations, formal HR processes & Employment Law * Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships * Resilient with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment * Strong organisational skills with the ability to efficiently meet deadlines, whilst maintaining attention to detail * Full UK driving licence * CIPD Qualified (Level 3 or above) We look forward to receiving your application and hope to be able to welcome you as a team member within the Vindis Group in the near future.
