Working alongside our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional admissions experience for prospective families while delivering innovative marketing initiatives that promote our schools and strengthen our reputation within the local community. As part of our ambitious Transformation Plan, we are investing significantly in admissions, marketing and community engagement to increase pupil numbers and further enhance our outstanding educational provision. Key Responsibilities Admissions * Manage all admissions enquiries from first contact through to enrolment. * Coordinate school tours and admissions interviews. * Prepare admissions documentation and offer letters. * Maintain accurate admissions records. * Manage the admissions CRM and enquiry pipeline. * Deliver an exceptional customer experience for prospective families. Marketing * Update and maintain the school website. * Coordinate social media platforms. * Produce newsletters and marketing communications. * Create engaging promotional content. * Support photography and videography projects. * Promote pupil achievements and school successes. * Maintain the schools brand identity. Events * Organise Open Days. * Coordinate taster sessions. * Support community engagement events. * Attend school fairs and promotional events. * Develop relationships with local primary schools and community organisations. Reporting * Produce admissions and marketing reports. * Monitor enquiry conversion rates. * Track admissions KPIs. * Maintain accurate CRM data. * Support strategic planning through data analysis. About You * The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the admissions process and supporting the delivery of the schools marketing strategy. * You will become the first point of contact for prospective families, ensuring every enquiry receives a professional, welcoming and personalised response. * Working closely with the School Business Manager, you will help increase admissions through effective relationship management, outstanding customer service and creative marketing initiatives. * Passionate about education and customer service. * An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills. * Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail. * Creative and confident using digital marketing and social media. * Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Able to build strong relationships with parents and the wider community. * Enthusiastic about contributing to the continued success and growth of our schools. * Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. * High competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Ability to build positive relationships and maintain a calm, approachable demeanour. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently under pressure. * Commitment to safeguarding and upholding the school’s Islamic values and ethos. Qualifications & Experience * A-Level qualifications or equivalent essential. * Degree desirable but not essential. * Prior experience supporting senior leadership highly advantageous but not essential.
