The ability to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced fish and chip shop environment.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a takeaway setting.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Knowledge of basic food hygiene and food safety standards.
A reliable, flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
A positive team spirit and willingness to help wherever needed.

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve food to the company standards.
Serve ice cream from our ice cream counter, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Handle cash and card payments confidently and accurately across both the fish and chip shop and ice cream counter.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment at all times.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
